WBC Manor addresses a critical community need with the addition of a thoughtfully designed senior housing development. The proposed 46-unit building will offer a mix of market-rate and affordable residences within an amenity-rich environment that promotes connection, comfort, and community.

Residents will enjoy a variety of shared spaces, including a secure, enclosed outdoor courtyard that encourages social interaction beyond individual living units. A rooftop garden further enhances the resident experience, featuring a dining pergola, resident lounge, and memory garden, providing daily access to nature and additional opportunities for gathering and reflection.

WBC Manor celebrates the beauty of natural materials and abundant daylight, creating an environment that feels both authentic and uplifting.
